Annual Open enrollment for Health and Dental coverage is November 1st to January 31st.

You can enroll all year long if you have a qualifying life event such as:

• Lost Employer Sponsor Coverage.
• Turned 26 and lost Parent’s Plan.
• Married or Entered Domestic Partnership.
• Change of Household size.
• Move to or within California.
• A child is born, Adopted or Received in Foster Care.
• Affective by wildfires.
• Return from Active Military Service.
• Release from Jail or Prison.
• Gained Citizenship or Lawful Presence.
